If You provide personal information on behalf of and/or relating to a third party, You warrant that You are authorized and legally permitted to provide such personal information, that the information is provided only after obtaining the third party’s consent to its disclosure to the Foundation in accordance with this Privacy Policy, and that such disclosure does not infringe the rights or privacy of that third party.
- Communications with the Foundation Through Various Channels
When You contact the Foundation and/or register for its events through any communication channel, including WhatsApp, email, telephone, fax, the “Contact Us” form on the Main Website, grant application submissions via the “Apply” page on the Main Website, social media platforms, or otherwise, the information You provide is stored in the Foundation’s systems. This information may include, among other things, Your name, telephone number, email address, the subject of Your inquiry and its content. In addition, Your use of WhatsApp and/or social media and/or other communication channels is subject to the respective privacy policies and terms of use of such third-party providers, as may be updated from time to time. We hereby clarify that We are not responsible for the processing of Your information by WhatsApp and/or any other provider. Furthermore, calls with the Foundation may be recorded for quality assurance and service improvement.
- Submission of Resumes and Recruitment Processes
When applying for a position at the Foundation, You will be asked to provide personal details, including Your name, email address, mobile phone number, information regarding Your education and professional experience, professional skills, as well as any additional information included in your CV or in other documents submitted by You as part of Your application.
- Automatically Collected Information
When You contact the Foundation or use the Services, the Foundation and/or anyone acting on its behalf may automatically or contextually collect additional information, including the date and duration of Your inquiry or the method of communication. In addition, upon entering the Websites and while using the Services, analytical and statistical information regarding Your use of the Websites and various Services, including digital channels, may be automatically collected. By providing Your email address in connection with such registration, You consent to receive marketing communications in accordance with Section 30א of the Telecommunications Law (Telecommunications and Broadcasting), 1982. - Purposes of Collection and Use of Information
- The Foundation will use the personal information You provided and/or that was collected by it and/or by third parties for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy and for any other purpose specified in the Terms of Use, including:
- To enable You to use the Websites and access and enjoy their content and/or Services;
- To provide You with the Services, including responding to Your inquiries;

- In the context of reviewing grant applications;

As part of providing the Services and conducting the Foundation’s activities, and for the purpose of improving and enhancing the Services, the Foundation may use artificial intelligence systems, including by inputting information You provide to Us (whether personal information or non-personal information) into such systems. These artificial intelligence systems are based on technologies provided by third-party providers and are not operated by human intervention. Any information processed by such AI systems is handled in accordance with this Privacy Policy and the privacy policies of the relevant third-party providers.
The limitations and risks associated with the use of artificial intelligence systems are acknowledged, including the possibility of inaccuracies and limitations in confidentiality and information security. The Foundation takes reasonable steps to mitigate such risks as much as possible. The Foundation reserves the right to discontinue or restrict the use of artificial intelligence systems at any time, at its sole discretion.

The Foundation will not transfer to third parties the personal information and statistical information collected about You through the Websites, except in one of the cases specified below, and You shall have no claim or demand against the Foundation in connection with such disclosure of your information:

Such links are provided for Your convenience only, and the Foundation is not responsible for the availability of such links and/or websites, nor for their data collection policies. - Data Retention Period
We retain personal information as necessary for the provision of the Services, to support our ongoing business operations in accordance with the Foundation’s procedures, and as required by applicable law. In addition, We may continue to retain Your personal information where necessary, for example for purposes of potential legal proceedings, documentation and archiving, or other legal purposes. Your personal information will be stored in the Foundation’s databases, which may also be hosted and managed on its behalf by a third party.
- Information Security
The Foundation makes efforts to secure the Websites, the Services, and Users’ personal information. The Foundation implements industry-standard procedures and systems to protect Users’ personal information and to prevent unauthorized access to such information. The Foundation may update this Privacy Policy from time to time without prior notice or the need to obtain Users’ consent. Notwithstanding the above, in the event of substantial changes to this Privacy Policy, a notice will be published on the Websites.
