Daphna Stern
Graduated with honors from the Hadassah Academic College Interdisciplinary School for Society and Community with a Bachelor’s degree in Photographic Communication (2018). Her graduation project was a short (12-minute) documentary film that was also shown at the Taking Stock exhibition at Azrieli gallery in Jerusalem and at the Going Out exhibition in old Jaffa, co-curated by the Portfolio online design magazine.
Co-founded Deep Voice, the Israeli R&D Foundation of Whales Acoustics, together with a team of acoustics engineers, with the purpose of preserving and restoring marine mammal populations.
Currently head of marketing and public relations at Edi Divers. Her dream is to become an underwater photographer telling the story of marine creatures on the verge of extinction who need our help to survive.
