Researches and promotes creativity management, a field Arazi defines as teaching business skills to creatives and guiding their implementation. Headed a training program for designers at Bat Yam Design Terminal, and serves as a lecturer at its incubator program. Formerly a lecturer at ACT Shenkar (Accelerating Creative Talents), where she taught the Creative Economy course, and at many other institutions.
Serves as an ambassador for the World Hope Forum, manages its activities in Israel, curates conferences, and promotes creative leadership by its Israeli members.
