Glass blower, hot glass sculptor
Graduated from the Bezalel Academy of Arts and Design, Department of Ceramics and Glass Design. Sent on behalf of the department to a glass sculpting course at Pilchuck Glass School, Washington. Interned at Glass Makai Maui, Hawaii.
Her work seeks to exploit the properties that are specific to glass – translucence, brightness and colorfulness – to illuminate mundane objects that capture her attention. This brings these objects back to our attention and allows them to reclaim their proper place.
