Yishai Greisman
Graduated in Visual Communication with a specialization in Illustration, HIT Holon Institute of Technology.
Greisman is an Israeli-Canadian illustrator and designer with a humorous and colorful approach to the socio-cultural-political world he comes from. He attempts to define an archetype of localism by adopting a cultural and ethical standpoint towards the place in which he grew up, lives and creates.
His final dissertation “Word of Mouth” is a series of four printed illustrated maps displaying some of Tel Aviv’s typical characters, both temporary and permanent, alongside the tour routes on which they can be found.
