Johad Arkin
Born 1994, living in Tel Aviv-Yafo
Painter, printmaker and sculptor
Graduated with honors from the Multidisciplinary Art School at Shenkar College of Engineering, Design and Art (2021). Participated in the student exchange program at Universität der Künst Berlin (2019). Recipient of the America-Israel Cultural Foundation scholarship (2021).
His works are characterized by physical and synthetic textures and feature dimmed images of violence extracted from American popular culture and from the Israeli landscape.
