Maria Khateb
A multidisciplinary artist, born 1998, Kfar Kanna.
BEd and a teaching certificate in Art, Oranim College (2022) | Recipient of the outstanding graduation project commendation | Participated in the artist residency program at Givat Haviva Shared Art Center (2022–2023)
Her work combines video art, stop motion animation, printmaking, painting, sculpture, relief and installation to explore the Palestinian identity, memory and traditions.
Currently completing her master’s degree at Oranim College and working as assistant to artist Farid Abu Shakra and as sculpting instructor at the senior instructor training program, Links College, Nazareth.
